1, Grade 1 Polyvinyl Chloride as specified in
ASTM 1784 meeting ASTM standards
D2665 and D1785. - Schedule 40 and 80 Specs.

Computerized
threading machines insure accurate tolerances
for ease of make up and dependable tensile
strength for all our flush threaded products.
Standard thread designs include ASTM F480,
eight threads per inch (8J), and four threads
per inch (4J). We can match most thread styles
commonly used in the industry.
- Slotted screens stocked and made to order in varying lengths with slot widths ranging from .006 up through .250 inch in flush joint, plain or belled end connections.
- Custom Vertical slotting and perforating for landfill gas and irrigation.
- Buna N "O" Rings are standard
Viton and Teflon "O" Rings available upon request.
- Distributor of PVC wire wrap screens, stainless steel screen, casing, and drive points.
- Custom Male x Point and Female x Point lengths available in all sizes.

| PrePak
Well Screens |
| These
PrePak wells screens can be installed with
direct push casing, hollow stem augers, or
simply installed in an open hole. Each
5-foot PrePak Screen assembly is comprised
of an inner flush threaded 0.010 slotted
schedule 40 PVC, and an outer 65 mesh
stainless steel screen, that support a 20x40
silica sand filter pack. |

Quick Seal Sleeve & Expanding
Foam Bridge |
|
The
Combination Quick Seal Sleeve &
Expanding Foam Bridge threads above the
PrePak screen to provide positive fast, low
permeability annular seal below the water
table. The use of the PrePak Well Screens
and Combination Quick Seal Sleeve &
Expanding Foam Bridges, take the entire
headache out of well installations.
The Quick Seal
Sleeve is comprised of a PVC abrasion
shield; polyethylene sediment trap; paper
sleeve filled with silica sand, granular
bentonite, & accelerator; on flush
threaded schedule 40 PVC pipe.
The Expanding Foam
Bridge is a compressible foam seal, wrapped
in a polyethylene sleeve, it expands
instantly when it exits the bottom of the
drive casing, to provide positive placement
of a temporary barrier that prevents grout
intrusion into the screen interval. |
