Flush Bolt Down Watertight Manhole
Economical - yet durable, this manhole features a
Heavy-duty cast iron (ASTM A-48 Class 30 or better)
upper assembly. Certified by an independent
laboratory to meet H-20 roadway loading.
Lightweight, durable, corrosion and
hydrocarbon-resistant High Density Polyethylene
(HDPE) plastic shirt, painted lid with monitor well
triangle. Buna-NO rubber gasket set into collar
insures water-tight seal with pressure fit. High
quality stainless steel bolts set into gasketed
washers maintain water-tight seal.

Flush Bolt Down Watertight Manhole
ECT Water Tight Monitoring Manholes provide H-20
traffic-rating and help protect against water
infiltration for monitoring wells completed
at-grade. The lids are painted white with a black
monitoring well triangle and are clearly marked
"Monitoring Well" Manholes utilize a
Buna-N ™ gasket that expands as the bolts are
tightened, forming a leak resistant seal. A 9/16
inch ratchet or wrench is used to gain access to the
well. The manholes feature a galvanized shirt
construction. Now available in an economic seven
inch design for smaller applications.

construction. Small size allows for greater

Round steel casing with hinged, lockable lid
protects monitoring well from damage, weather and
tempering. Will accept a #3 Masterlock® or
equivalent size padlock. Painted to provided
excellent visability.
